1. What is Hagaero?
Hagaero is a company designed to facilitate the purchase of helicopter tours, from the search to the moment of payment. All done online, without the need to make telephone contact with several agencies and wait for quotations that never arrive. The idea is that the online shopping experience for scenic tours is very similar to the experience of buying common airline tickets.

2. How does Hagaero work?
To purchase a flight, simply access the Hagaero website, search for the helicopter tours that suits you best and click on the option continue booking. Then just inform the date and time, passenger data and choose the payment method, which can be by billet or credit card. The aircraft operating company will receive your purchase order and reserve the aircraft for you. That simple.

3. Are companies and aircraft safe?
All operators registered with Hagaero are audited through documentation issued by ANAC (National Civil Aviation Agency), in order to validate whether they have the authorization to operate as an Air Charter company. Additionally, Hagaero also audits the documents of all registered aircraft and pilots. Everything so that you can be sure that flights will only be performed by reputable Air Charters companies.

4. Can physically disabled people fly?

5. Can I take my cell phone to take pictures?
Of course you can! Before the flight, the aircraft operator's team will talk to you about the use of cell phones. Don't forget to charge the device's battery before leaving home.

6. Are there any weight restrictions for flying?
Yes, there is. The aircraft seat has a weight limit, it can support a maximum of 136 kg. It is not possible to board a helicopter above this weight range.

7. Does Hagaero charge any fees for intermediation?
To create and update the entire flight management platform, the website that provides sales and the marketing sector, Hagaero maintains a team of professionals working continuously on updates, improvements and customer service. Therefore, we charge a small fee to maintain all this technology and provide the best possible service to the passenger.

8. What forms of payment are available?
You can pay by billet or credit card.

9. How do I get to the place where the takeoff will take place?
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive the complete address of the departure location, name of the operator responsible for the aircraft and a reminder of the flight schedule. Stay tuned to your email. This information can also be consulted on the Hagaero website, when logging in and checking the order details.

10. Can I schedule a flight that has already been booked for another day?
Yes, there are no reservations to reschedule, however, you must remember that rescheduling a purchased flight may coincide with a date or time when the operator has already made the aircraft available for another flight. So if you are rescheduling, the ideal is to do it as early as possible, in addition to observing the deadlines and rules set out in the Terms of Use.

11. How far in advance do I need to arrive at the helipad or airport for takeoff?
It is recommended that the advance is at least 30 (thirty) minutes. Before taking off, pilots fill out a flight plan with the takeoff schedule, which must be respected. In addition, several airports have a service window system for landings and takeoffs that need to be scheduled well in advance. The delay in a takeoff triggers a cascade effect, which can delay a new takeoff in up to 4 (four) hours. So, be careful with the traffic to get to the departure point with the necessary advance so that everything goes well and your flight takes off on time.

12. Why should I inform the weight when choosing a flight?
Passenger weight information follows a global criterion for flights in Air Charters companies and is also a requirement of ANAC. For larger planes an average weight is used, but for helicopters and smaller planes, ANAC requires that the weight to be informed individually. With the precise information, the pilot can calculate the takeoff weight and maintain flight safety.

13. Can I cancel the flight?
Yes. You can cancel or modify the date and time of the flight purchased on the customer interface, after logging in. However, it is necessary to pay attention to the rules established in the Terms of Use, since cancellation very close to the take-off date may result in the payment of a fine.

14. What happens if I don't show up at the scheduled time and place?
In the case of no show, when the passenger fails to show up on the scheduled date and place, the flight will be considered used, with no option of cancellation or refund. Be careful not to be late on your flight day.

15. What happens if it rains on the day of the flight?
If weather conditions on the day of the flight prevent takeoff, even at a later time than the one requested, the flight can be rescheduled or canceled, with no cost to the customer.

16. Can I take a child to fly?
Yes, there is no contraindication in taking a child or baby to fly, however, according to the rules of ANAC, from 2 (two) years of age, the child cannot be held, must occupy a seat like any passenger and use a seat belt.
